• H.E. Ghulam Muhammed Quader

    Mr. Quader passed S.S.C from Rangpur Zila School in 1963 and H.S.C from Carmichael Collage in 1965 and obtained B.Sc. Engineering (mechanical) Degree from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology in 1969. Mr. Quader holds very important positions in Dock Yard and Engineering works Ltd. Narayangonj, Engineering and ship Building Corporation, Bangladesh Tobacco Company Ltd, Jamuna Oil company Ltd, and Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation. From February 1976 to February 1977 he served in the Ministry of Agriculture in Iraq as Mechanical Engineer.

Silipo co-authored a study on demand for daily balances by the euro banks, with a focus on intra-day demand for liquidity from banks within the reserve requirement period.
